The plans
- Free: a store with a limited number of products, 30 days of analytics, customer chat (reply to 10 new conversations a month), automatic welcome and away messages.
- Starter: more products and pictures, video links, full analytics, unlimited chats, picture messages, quick questions and saved replies.
- Pro: everything in Starter, plus video uploads and chat themes.
Plans are paid monthly: Free ₦0, Starter ₦7,500 a month and Pro ₦15,000 a month. See Pricing for the current prices and limits; they are also shown on Plan & billing.
Launch offer: when it's running, a new store's first paid month is 50% off (for the first 100 stores that upgrade). It's applied automatically at checkout. Renewals are at the normal monthly price.
Already on a paid plan? You keep the price you paid until your current month ends. When you renew, the current price applies.
Upgrade
- Go to Plan & billing.
- Choose a plan and enter the email for your receipt.
- Pay securely on Paystack. Your plan starts as soon as Paystack confirms the payment.
Have referral rewards? Your available balance is taken off the price automatically. If it covers the whole price, your plan starts straight away without paying. See Refer & earn.
Stallify never sees your card details.
Renewing
Each payment covers one month. If you don't renew, you get a short grace period, then your store moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: products above the Free limit stay on your store, but you can't add more until you upgrade.
