How is my subscription paid?

Paid plans are paid securely through Paystack using the payment methods Paystack offers in your country. Stallify never sees or stores your card details.

When does my plan become active?

As soon as Paystack confirms your payment to our server. Reaching the payment success page alone does not activate a plan; we verify every payment first.

What happens when a paid period ends?

You can renew from the billing page. There is a short grace period after the end date. After that your store returns to the free plan limits; your products and orders are kept, but you can't add products beyond the free limit.

I already pay for a plan. Does my price change?

You keep the price you paid until your current month ends. When you renew, the price shown on this page applies.

What is the launch offer?

When it's running, new paying stores get a discount on their first month. It's applied automatically at checkout; renewals are at the normal monthly price.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are monthly and each payment covers one month. Renew only if Stallify is working for you.
